As you know, Mediafire changed a bit when they upgraded new version. They restricted the time you download split and encrypted archives. "Free customers may share special archives no more than 10 times per file per week".
So, if you see the message above when you download, you could come back next time and try again. You should add the file you want download to your Mediafire account and download it from your account, it won't make the file reaches the weekly limit.
